Before you get started, make sure you have all the necessary tools and materials on hand. You'll need a new oil filter, a new oil drain plug gasket, and the appropriate oil for your Ryker model. You'll also need a socket set, a torque wrench, a funnel, a drain pan, and some rags or shop towels.

Once you have everything you need, follow these steps:

1 Warm up the engine by running it for a few minutes. This will help loosen the old oil and make it easier to drain.
2 Place the drain pan under the oil drain plug and remove the drain plug using the socket set. Let the oil drain completely.
3 Replace the oil drain plug gasket and reinstall the drain plug, using the torque wrench to tighten it to the specified torque.
3 Remove the oil filter using the oil filter wrench. Be careful not to spill any oil as you remove the filter.
4 Install the new oil filter, using a new oil filter gasket if necessary. Tighten the filter to the specified torque.
5 Add the new oil to the engine, using the funnel to pour it into the oil fill hole.
6 Check the oil level with the dipstick and add more oil if necessary.
7 Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new oil.
8 Then, shut off the engine and check the oil level again.
That's it! You've successfully changed the oil on your CanAm Ryker. Be sure to dispose of the old oil and oil filter properly and follow the recommended oil change intervals to keep your Ryker running smoothly.

With these simple steps, you can easily change the oil on your CanAm Ryker 600, Ryker 900, Rally, or Sport and keep it running smoothly. The Ryker 600, Ryker 900, Rally, and Sport are powered by a 600cc or 900cc Rotax ACE engine and have a dry weight of 473 lbs (214 kg).
