For this week‘s meal prep we’re taking it back to the basics! All these meals are very simple and easy to make, and they’re high in protein!

On the menu this week we have:

BREAKFAST: Chia Seed Pudding & Breakfast Burritos

LUNCH: Chicken & Veggies (sweet potatoes + brussel sprouts)

DINNER: Fajita Bowls (beef + rice + spinach + peppers)

DESSERT: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Vanilla FroYo Clusters

SNACKS: Greek Yogurt
