Freezer prepping allows you to have meals ready to go whenever you need them, saving you time and effort, particularly on busy days or when you don't feel like cooking from scratch.

Buying ingredients in bulk and prepping meals in batches can often be more cost effective than buying single servings or getting fast food or take out. Also, it allows you to make healthier choices by incorporating more vegetables, proteins, and whole grains into your dishes.

Breakfast Casserole:
4 tbs olive oil
1/2 onion diced
34 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground sausage
8 Eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
S&P to taste
Frozen hashbrowns (16 oz)
2 cups cheese
1 cup cottage cheese

Saute onions, garlic, and sausage in a large skillet. Allow it to cool for several minutes. Mix the eggs, heavy creamy, hashbrowns, cheese, and cottage cheese together in a large bowl. Add the sausage to the egg mixture and pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 mins 1 hour, from thawed.

Sheet Pan Omelettes:
4 tbl olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
34 cloves garlic, minced
14 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
12 tablespoon Garlic Parmesan Seasoning (or anything!)
S&P to taste
2 cups bell peppers, diced or chunky
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 and oil a large rimmed baking sheet or jelly roll pan.

Saute onions, garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Mix together eggs, milk, and seasonings in a large bowl. Add sauteed veggies to bowl and mix well. Pour eggs and veggies evenly into your prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 1618 minutes. Cut the cooled eggs into 15 squares and place onto wire racks to flash freeze. Once frozen, wrap in parchment paper and place into freezer bags.
