Today, I'm going to show you five fast minor pentatonic scale ideas. Our key for this lesson is going to be B minor.

1. Our first lick is a descending sequence of sixteen notes using the first position of the minor pentatonic.

2. Idea number two uses a famous Chuck Berry lick, but using the sweep picking technique to be able to play it fast.

3. Lick number three continues with the idea of sweeping the minor pentatonic scale. We are going to use sixteen note triplets this time.

4. In this sequence, we will be descending three notes every time to create a really cool cascading effect

5. For our final lick, I will introduce a really simple tapping idea based on two adjacent pentatonic positions.
