How to make a safety cone for a cat with paper plates.
Take 3 paper plates and fold them in half and in half again, cut the top of the cone to create half circles with the center cut out, then staple the half circles together around the cat being sure to press firmly when using the stapler. There should be space for 2 fingers to fit between the cone and the cats neck. When you dont need it anymore you can rip the paper plate and recycle.
