I'll admit it, I've let the flatwork schooling slip slightly... BUT I have been concentrating on improving other areas of our work (like the fun cantering bits while we're hacking ) Anyway, I'm back to the old grind with my trainer Justine. Watch as she suggests a simple exercise to help rellllaaaaaaax my horse, (this really works) sadly she can't suggest an exercise yet to help my BRAIN remember the test!
