Easy Donuts
7g (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
14g (1 tbsp) sugar
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
500g (4 cups) allpurpose flour
8g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract.
50g (4 tbsp) sugar
3g (1 tsp) salt
42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted.
1 large egg

I use 1/4 of the dough to make 4 donuts.
The rest of the dough I use for other recipes. We can also store the dough in the freezer for use later.
