In this video I will show you how I use finishing wax paint and stain to achieve this weathered wood look. It’s a fun DIY project, it’s quick and achieves a really awesome effect!

Items you will need for this project.

unfinished wood
gloves and cloth
stain
finishing wax (I used Minwax but you can use any finishing wax)
paint of your choice (I like to use a spray can for convenience ) you can also roll on whatever paint you choose.

*i do not prime as I want the Weathered effect and I like the stain peaking through a bit.
