Easy & Delicious Pork Masala Curry Recipe | How to make the BEST PORK MASALA | The Best Pork Masala you ever had ! | How to make Easy Masala Pork Curry at home

This is a super easy and lipsmacking pork recipe blanketed in a mix of basic spices. This wonderfully warming pork masala curry is as tasty as it looks and it tastes best the next day like most of the pork curry recipes.

Serve it hot as a side dish with sannas or pulao or dosas or even plain steamed rice.

NOTE :

How to know the doneness of the meat ?

Here are some visual cues that may help :

Check the color : The pork should be brown on the outside and slightly pink on the inside. As it cooks, the pink color should become lighter.

Check the texture : The pork should be firm to the touch and should not feel slimy or mushy. If it feels mushy, it may not be cooked enough.

Check the juices : When you cut into the pork, the juices should be clear and not pink. If the juices are still pink, it may not be cooked enough.

However, the most accurate way to determine if pork is 70 percent cooked is to use a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat without touching bone. The internal temperature should read 145°F (63°C) for pork. Always measure the temperature at the centre of your meat, regardless of its size.

Another Method :

After 8 to 10 minutes of boiling, prick with a fork and check if it's still to be cooked from inside, then you can be your own judge for determining if it is 70% or even 80% cooked.

Ingredients :

300 gms Pork (shoulder portion with fats, cut into cubes)
Sufficient Water
1 no. Bay Leaf
1 no. Star Anise
