But today, I have shared the recipe of an easy 10 minute Paneer Butter Masala that will taste better than any restaurant!

Recipe :
Easy 10 Minute Paneer Butter Masala
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 34

Ingredients:
400g paneer), cut into cubes
4 large tomatoes
2 large onion
56 garlic cloves
2” inch ginger
1 green chili
2 + 2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
¼ cup cashew nuts
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/4 cup fresh cream
2 bay leaves
2” cinnamon
2 black cardamoms
56 cloves
½ tsp caraway seeds
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:
Roughly chop the onions, tomatoes, ginger. Pressure cook the onions, tomaotes, ginger, garlic, green chili, cashew nuts with ½ cup water for 2 whistles.
Cool the mixture and grind to a smooth paste.
Heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan. add ½ tsp red chili powder and add the paneer cubes. Sauté over low heat for 23 minutes so that the paneer absorbs the buttery flavor and the chili color.
Remove the paneer and add in the remaining butter, oil, followed by the whole spices. As the whole spices splutter, add the turmeric powder and the chili powder.
Stir and add the prepared paste, salt to taste and saute for 23 minutes.
Add the paneer, mix well. Cook further for 23 minutes and add in the cream. Mix well. Now add the garam masala, kasuri methi. Mix well and serve.
