Here is the easiest way to purify water in an emergency. There are several ways to purify water. You could use bleach or boil your water but in my opinion, the easiest way is to use a filter. This Katadyn filter will filter 150,000 Liters of water. That would work out to 1 gallon a day for over 100 years.
