I searched for a long time to find the best solution to connect my dust collector / shop vac to my Dewalt DW745 table saw. I couldn't find an appropriate plastic adapter/attachment locally. This silicone intercooler piping reducer goes from 2 1/2"" to 1 3/4" (45mm 63mm interior diameter). A perfect fit for my shop vac hose: No hose clamps needed, it doesn't take a lot of room and it's pretty cheap too! I have been using it for the last 2 years without any problems. I hope this tip will save you a lot of time, so you can get back to building projects. This solution is a nice upgrade that should work on other jobsite table saw brands like Ridgid, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Delta, Hitachi, Bosch, Skilsaw, Sawstop or Makita as long as they have 2.5" dust ports (DWE7485, DWE7491X, DCS7485T1, DCS7485B) . Thanks for watching!
