This fluffy, moist and creamy Earl Grey Tea swiss roll cake with a hint of black tea and bergamot orange, is very easy to make. Remember to save this nocrack recipe.

INGREDIENTS
☘Making Milk tea (65g)
Milk 110g
3 Earl Grey Teabags

☘ Grey Earl Cake
4 Large eggs (6065g/each with shell)
Cake flour 75g
Vegetable oil 50g
Milk tea 65g
Caster sugar 70g
Lemon juice
Tea dust

☘Cream cheese filling with tea dust
Cream cheese 50g
Tea dust
Cream 200g
Icing sugar 20g

☘ ** Preheat oven to 160C/320F
** Bake at 160C/320F for 28 minutes

少量檸檬汁
茶末 1份

☘紅茶奶油芝士餡
奶油奶酪 50克
茶末 1份
奶油 200克
糖粉 20克

☘**預熱烤箱160C/320F
** 160C/320F烤制28分鐘
