DUP leader Sir Jeffery Donaldson has stepped down after being charged with allegations of "historical sexual offences."

A 57yearold woman has also been arrested and charged for aiding and abetting additional offences.

Gavin Robinson MP has been appointed the interim party leader by the DUP's party officers.
