Travelling from the Dordogne I met the new owners of Ramses at Pontgibaud peage, they had come from the Alps via St. Etienne fourriere where they collected Doby, a refugee from the East who had been in quarantine for 6 months and took him back to the pension where Ramses had come from.

Both were good as gold in the car, never heard a peep out of either of them.

Had a bit of a moment back at the pension when I noticed that both dogs had one erect ear and for a horrible moment thought they had got mixed up and I had brought Ramses back with me.
