Measuring in at 10,485 square feet, we're back in the driveway daze handling the first round of crackfilling & sealcoating on an extremely large driveway, basically a mini parking lot.

There was pretty extensive prep work involved before we were able to begin sealcoating. We needed to trim back and clean the overgrown edges to ensure the sealer would cover 100% of the asphalt surface. Once trimmed and the surface was meticulously cleaned, we applied hot rubberized crackfill to any surface cracks prior to sealcoating.
