Drive Over the Washington Crossing Bridge (Eastbound)

Here I am riding eastbound over the WashingtonCrossing Bridge over the Delaware River. I made a video last year of me WALKING over this bridge, and its link is at the end of the main description. Managed by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, this tollfree bridge crosses the river between Titusville, New Jersey and Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania. The bridge was originally built in the early 1830's, rebuilt in 1841, and again in 1904, both times following major floods. The piers, however, I believe are original. You do get great views of the river and surrounding areas from this bridge, but both the roadway and walkway are very narrow, and if you are driving, you should pull in your mirrors before crossing. Still, I really like this bridge for its historical value, and how it was built almost exactly where George Washington crossed the Delaware River in 1776. I only walk westbound, but when I go the other way I show you the nearby Scudders Falls bridge further south. Thank you so much for watching and please stay tuned for more content like this!
