Information as to why the group was detained was not immediately released, however KTLA captured several individuals sitting on the ground with their hands ziptied behind their backs. According to information obtained by KTLA 5's Erin Myers, a total of 43 people were taken into custody. Police said that the students were in the parking garage past a campus curfew of midnight to 6 a.m. and that they are being detained for delaying an investigation. (May 6, 2024)
