Door Jamb Not Flush with Wall? How to Install Extension Jamb and Trim

Follow
The Fixer

In this video, I install door trim with extension jamb. The exterior door has a current jamb that does not extend all the way to the drywall which makes it not flush. I get to use my, not so favorite, spray foam to help insulate the gap that is in between the jamb and the drywall. At the end of the project, the door is more air tight and also has a more finished look.
