There are differences between Turkish and German kebabs. In Turkey, it’s often served with rice and vegetables on a plate. However, Germans usually like to have their kebab in pita bread stuffed with vegetables and topped with different sauces. Several Turkish immigrants claim to have invented the German version the “Döner”.
