There is a lot of content out there about how to read more. Instead, you should focus on reading better.

Having a reading goal isn't a bad thing. For many of us, it is a motivator. I usually set a reading goal each year. But I've found that when I set that goal too high, I focus on reading for the sake of meeting the goal rather than reading for the sake of knowledge or selfimprovement.

In this video, I go over why we should focus on reading better — we should focus on becoming better readers. This often means slowing down and reading fewer books.
