They charged me once, and I asked for a refund. They refunded via "hostinger balance" and my auto renewal charged me again. I had a huge battle with them.

Thinking that I received my refund, 3 plus months passed and I did my transaction review and noticed I was still charged. We went one for couple days as to why I was charged, even though I asked for a refund. They told me I had autorenewal. I asked, why would I ask for a refund and you kept me to renew after it was refunded? this is a horrible practice. After I threaten the person handling the support that I will notify every member of hostinger and tell everyone about this horrible scam, she then refunded me account, hopefully.
