Originally I posted this because this is what I knew and all I had. I have since learned that you should use ratchet strap to squeeze on the tire which will help keep the bead up. A lot of guys have also suggested started fluid and a lighter but I can't recommend it because of the safety concerns. Either way, you'll get it on there. It's just a matter of how much cursing you want to do during the process.
