EDIT: Just wanted to briefly address some things, my lovely Explainers and guests to my channel! All the lines used in the animated sequences of this video, whether spoken by the Angel or Demon, are only a few examples of things people tell themselves. A few of them are an exaggeration of what my Demon USE to tell me. But I've been in a really good place mentally for a while now. So please don't worry for me, everyone! I probably should have made that a little more clear in the video, so that one is on me. But thank you for your concern! ❤

Also, everyone's Angel and Demon says something different because we are all unique individuals affected by different things. So the lines I used in the video are nothing absolute. The key is to recognize which is which in your own mind and find a healthier place for yourself mentally.
