I was completely shocked when I came across this situation recently.

Never did I think I would run into something like this, but if there is one thing I've learned in this business it's to expect the unexpected.

The Realtor on the other end of this made some assumptions that got us into the situation we're in now.

To be fair, I also made an assumption... that they would actually read the document I sent them and not just blindly sign it agreeing to the terms.

Have you ever heard of anything like this happening before?
