As a sports chiropractor who works with a lot of athletes I often get these questions. In this video I go over how kinesiology tape works, when it is a good option for pain relief, and the mechanisms and science behind how it helps. We also go over how to apply Ktape properly and how to take kinesiology tape off without pain.
