Ingredients:
1 kg of beef
700 grams of onions
100 grams of bacon
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
2 to 3 sprigs of thyme
2 to 3 sprigs of sage
2 to 3 sprigs of rosemary
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon sweet paprika powder
2/3 tablespoon hot paprika powder
2 tablespoons tomato concentrate
300 milliliters of red wine
300 milliliters of water
3 bay leaves
