Older or previous tattooing is really tricky. In cosmetic tattooing world as an artist, the more you know the scarier it gets lol (well kind of, as now you are so much more aware of ageing pigment in the skin). If an artist tells you she cannot help you, respect this, if an artist tells you she can help you, question her, ie how long has she been tattooing for, and does she do colour corrections often.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have previous tattooing, your new brow is considered or should be a correction. It is tricky to ensure long term the colour settles well, and the integrity of the skin is preserved and the pigment is not too saturated.
