Do small farm products taste better? My assertion has always been that in order to make a living as a small farmer, you need to charge a premium price for a premium product that tastes better than "factory farmed" supermarket products. In this video, I talk about the differences between the animal breeds small farms raise and how they raise them vs. the big farms. In addition, I show a sidebyside comparison of our products vs those from the grocery store: heritage breed pork raised on pasture vs commercial pork, grass fed Dexter beef vs grain fed beef, and pasture raised eggs vs regular eggs. Which is better? The answer may not surprise you, but the supporting reasoning will.
