Do I need to adjust my Motorcycle valves?

Dino’s Tinker Shed, S1Ep22. DR650 valves, how they work and how to adjust them.

In this episode I will deep dive into the components of The DR650 valve train, how these parts work together and then, how to adjust the valve gap so your bike runs its best. This is a longer video so if you are just looking for how to adjust your valves that starts at 28:27 in the video and you can use the time code chapters bellow in the description to skip ahead to the process. I also go over how to set the gap on your spark plugs as you already must take one out and have great access at this time.
Setting your valve gap will ensure good engine performance, ensure the correct valve duration is maintained and you can monitor the wear and tear on your valve train.
