An incredible method to help your dog confidently (and joyfully) disengage from the environment (squirrels, cars, people, dogs, bikes, and other scary or exciting things).

We use the method DMT with puppies, adolescents, rescue dogs, reactive dogs, and every dog in between. It is so versatile and can be used in every situation.

This game is effectively reshaping your dog's response to distractions in their environment allowing for better recall, loose leash walking, less barking, resolving reactivity, and overall shaping and growing an optimistic dog who is excited to be with you!


This video covers the basic marking of the distraction and by using the additional method GILP (Giving Into Leash Pressure) we see the puppy, Phyllis, able to willingly disengage from a pile of spilled treats (very exciting).
