I purchased Dizzy in nonworking condition and managed to get him up and running again! Most of his problems were caused by someone disassembling him and reassembling him incorrectly in the past. I don't know his full history though, as he was originally from a large lot of BN1s in Japan. His front legs are still slightly misaligned and I may try to get them completely even at some point in the future, but they are close enough now that it is not very noticeable and doesn't cause him any issues.
