Craft some DIY yarn pumpkins this fall. No special yarning skills needed with these adorable yarn pumpkins.

I used a 3" and 1.5" styrofoam ball. Each ball will make two pumpkins since we're cutting the ball in half. I used bulky and extra bulky yarn for the tutorial, but feel free to use the yarn you have on hand. *Please remember you'll have to measure out more yarn if you're using thinner yarn.

3 inch styrofoam ball using extra bulky yarn measure about 20 feet of yarn. Cut a 1 1.5 inch hole in the middle to weave the yarn through.
1.5 inch styrofoam ball using bulky yarn measure out about 12 feet of yarn. Cut about a .5 inch hole in the middle to weave the yarn through.
Please note that for any other size ball, I'm not sure how much yarn will be needed.
