Here's my DIY Vocal Sound Booth Voice Over Zero Construction. I created from 4x8 sheets of rigid foam boards, duct tape, and 1" acoustic panels for $420. Easy to put together, it's light and easy to move and easy to take apart if needed. The only tool I used was a utility knife!
My recording gear is a Shure SM58 microphone, Sony MDR7506 headphones, and I record directly to a Mac Mini running Adobe Audition.
