These are some simple steps I used to make a DIY Trolls Poppy Costume. It took me approximately 3.5 hours to complete over the course of a week.

Materials used:
dark blue fabric
light blue fabric
green fabric
fabric glue/hot glue/needle and thread
pink tulle
elastic
temporary hair color spray (optional)
