I don't know what the part is called but I lost one of the rubber pieces which isolates the stays from the mudguard itself on my SKS Edge AL mudguards. The purpose of this is to prevent metal on metal contact which causes a loud rattle as you ride the bike. In this video I make a replacement out of an old plastic jug.
