After shoveling the dirt away to uncover our septic tank lids in order to have the tank pumped out, I decided I did not want to do that again. The one main suggestion I have would be to locate the designated area in the base for the anchor and drill through the base into the concrete and install the anchor through the base. This method worked great for me and was much easier than installing the anchors and then trying to fit each hole in the base over an anchor.
