How to make a PVC pipe "slip" repair fitting (coupling) that you won't find sold at home improvement stores, or local hardware stores. All that's required to make this DIY PVC pipe repair fitting, is an inexpensive heat gun, hacksaw, tape measure, liquid soap, PVC pipe of the size you intend on repairing, PVC cleaner & glue, and a little practice. :) Make sure you have plenty of glue applied to both ends of the repair fitting before sliding it into position!
