*Last Update*: As of March 31st, I received my replacement drive. Better late than never but no way would I go through this again. Why it took so long, supposedly it was because of supply chain issues. The supply chain issues was less of an issue than the unresponsiveness from customer service. Unresponsiveness from customer service is the worst thing a company can do. The responsiveness of their customer service department was abysmal. For many people this might not be a show stopper. For me it is a reflection of how the company respects it customers and its not acceptable.

*Update*: As of March 18th, still no replacement drive. No prompt responses to email, I asked for updates the last few weeks with no response. I have to honestly say the customer service is not good and that is being generous. I will keep asking for updates and let everyone know what happens and if I ever get a replacement drive.

*UPDATE*: As of Jan. 8th, the drive has been delivered to ADATA but the RMA has not even been updated to reflect they have received it. When I initially inquired a few weeks ago, they replied that the holiday season resulted in a high volume of RMA's which will cause a delay. How long of a delay I am getting worried to guess. Followup attempts to get an update have been unsuccessful. Confidence in ADATA is dwindling quickly. :)

*UPDATE*: As of Dec. 11th, 2022, my XPG GAMMIX S70 Blade drive failed. I originally purchased this drive back in May of 2022 and it worked fine in my PS5 for about 4 months. I had bought a 4TB M.2 NVMe drive which was not compatible with my PC so I swapped it out with the XPG 2TB drive in my PS5. Everything was working fine for about 2 months when it just failed and no longer powered on or was recognized by my PC. I can't be sure why the drive failed though I have some theories. I sent it to ADATA for warranty service and hopefully I get a replacement. I will provide an update on how ADATA responds to my RMA request. As I mentioned to another user this could just be an isolated incident, however I recently read more than a couple of occurrences of these drives failing though there are most likely 10's of thousands of people using them without an issue. SSD drives fail and it will most likely not be the last time this happens to a user of this model drive. That being said, as of yet no one else who commented on this video has mentioned a failure yet other than myself. If you are interested in this drive I would say lets see how they respond to my warranty service request so if by some chance it does fail at least you know you can try to get a replacement.
