1. Paper
2. Glue
3. Scissors
4. Cardboard
5. Glue gun

To make the handle take a cardboard and cut is as shown in the video. Once done, warp it up with a piece of paper. There is no paper size for this. You can use any size according to your need. The next step comes with a 24*21 cm paper. You will have to fold the paper to make the fan. Take two papers of 24*21 fold them and join them as shown in the video. Now, its time to make the paper flowers to put on the fan. Take 7*7 cm paper and fold them and cut them as like the video and make the flowers. At the last step join all the parts and make the main thing.
