Today it's time for our biggest numberblock made of magnetic cubes! We are making number 100 (will come useful we hope).
Bonus: our totally homemade Numberblock 150 (if such thing exists).
Use these figures for you math classes (or home schooling).
Or use this tutorial as inspiration for your STE(A)M activities.
Yes, we know, we missed 40. Maybe next time ;)
Disclaimer: Please understand that these are not real Numberblocks, just magnetic cubes connected together. We don't follow real Numberblocks to closely, so please understand that they are not identical (e.g. we didn't do mouths) etc.
For this crafts project we used Pixio Magnetic Construction Cubes.
We designed the eyes (the don't come in Pixio sets) in Photoshop and printed them and glued to our cubes.
If you don't have Pixios you can use Legos... or even Playdough ;)
More about Pixio (and where to buy them): http://pixio.site
We are using a Pixio 800 and Pixio 200 piece sets for the project.
