DIY Juice Groove Router Jig for Cutting Boards
We’re prepping our wood studio workspace by getting fixtures & other helpful tools made for our upcoming projects.

Step 1
The measuring & cutting of the large board is done.
We have a base, vertical guides, and guide bases.
In step 2, we'll get to assembling these pieces.

Step 2
We're attaching the vertical guides to the bases prepared in step 1. These guides will run on TTracks to allow for quick adjustments for different cutting board sizes.

Step 3
We have the guides ready to go. Now, we'll measure & router for the TTracks to be placed on the base. Finally, we'll use Tung oil to finish the surfaces. Step 4 will be the final installment.

Step 4
In this step, we'll attach the guides. One guide remains stationary, 2 move in 1 direction, and the 4th moves in 2 directions. The Tbolts will be measured and fitted on the guides to slide in the TTracks. We are attaching large dowels to make adjustments easily! We can not wait to put this Juice Jig to work.
