Installed my LED door sill on my Honda Fit. Follow these same steps on the driver side and tap the wire to the same dome light wires.

Pink + positive source and Blue is the negative (ground). I highly suggest you unplug the wire harness for the pink and blue dome light wires before you try tapping wires to them.
