Although I have owned over 100 vehicles I have never owned a car with antique hand painted lettering until now. We rescued this 78 Ford Fairmont station wagon from literally getting crushed in a junkyard that was closing near us. It was used as a home repair service vehicle back in the 80s and was apparently parked around 1993 which means it spent 30 years in the junkyard! In this video we are going to clean this wagon up and repaint the hand painted lettering that someone tried to remove years ago. Our plan is to eventually swap in a hog leg V8 Ford of some kind and take it to events and races. Hope you like the video.
