DIY Cube Hammock for Ferrets, Rats and other Small Pets.

My ferrets love this cube hammock. As soon as I hung it in their cage they got in it and went to sleep. It’s not as hard to make as it looks like. You will need the following materials:

sewing machine
scissors
thread
pins
ruler
6 pieces of batting or fusible interfacing cut into squares (my squares were 11” x 11”)
6 pieces of Fleece cut into a squares (my squares were 12” x 12”)
6 pieces of Cotton cut into squares (my squares were 12” x 12”)
4 straps or grommets. I used extra fleece as straps (my straps measured 10” L x 1”W)
4 hooks

The cube hammock is so soft and your ferrets, ferrets or other small pets can also sleep in the top of it. So in a way it has two spots for sleeping!
