After a volcanic eruption along the border of China and North Korea, seismologists warn that another devastating eruption is imminent that will reduce the entire region to rubble. Renowned geoscientist Bongrae sees only one way to stop the explosion: By the targeted use of nuclear warheads at the volcano, the catastrophe should be prevented. Together with his team, the explosives expert Inchang is sent to North Korea to free the imprisoned spy Joonpyeong. The political defector is the only one who knows where the warheads are located. A race against time begins to save all of Korea.
