While at Tar Hollow, my OEM Polaris Battery finally went dead after 4 years. For those with the Polaris Sportsmen from around the same year as mine, 2019 Polaris Sportsman 570, you know that the stock battery had some trouble with the compression stroke of the motor and wouldn't always start. After doing a little research, I found the Renegade Battery company and their Renegade Wicked Start Battery with 400+ CCA (Cold Cranking Amps). The model number of this Wicked Start is RG14AHWS. I believe the stock battery was around 190 cca and batteries you can find at the local parts store that are the same size are around 220 cca. In this video I unbox the Renegade Wicked Start Battery, remove the OEM Battery, compare OEM to Wicked Start, and install the Renegade Wicked Start Battery in my 2019 Polaris Sportsman 570. I also start it twice on video. See how it did. (I know it will be important to see how it does over time, so an updated will follow in a few months)
