Join me for a full day of meals while I track my calories and try to eat high protein! Pumpkin protein pancakes, chicken breast salad, chocolate banana chia seed pudding, and kimchi stew with udon noodles

Please note that I am not trying to be in a significant calorie deficit, but I have been asked by my doctor to slow down my weight gain. I am mostly trying to not go over my recommended calorie intake and eat enough protein.
