Ara Sayabalian, Ed.D., MBA, MS is the Chief Clinical Officer at Secure Clinical Solutions, He has over 23 years of experience in the field of adult incontinence clinical care, with a unique Quadruple Aim approach that considers the quality of life of both the individuals and their caregivers. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology, an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and a Master in Clinical Service Operations from Harvard University.

Ara's prime mission is to increase awareness, education, and innovation in this rapidly growing and underserved demographic, and to provide easy to implement tools and programs for improved incontinence care, reduced costs, and caregiver support. Dr Ara has developed and won awards for an evidencebased incontinence care program that can save thousands of dollars in medical expenses and prevent complications and risks. Ara is also passionate about giving back dignity, independence, and quality of life to individuals with urinary and bladder health challenges, and empowering their caregivers with the skills and resources they need.
