5 Pillars of Weight Loss (According to John Schaefer)
1. 2 Strength Workouts per week: Adding new muscle is the only way to permanently raise the metabolic rate.
2. Walk as often as you can: The sneakiest form of fat loss.
3. Drink more water: 80+ oz per day.
4. Create a calorie deficit: Goal Weight in lb x 12.
5. Get enough protein: Goal Weight x 0.6 (in grams)
